DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship 2027, Application, Requirements and How to Apply

The Department of Science and Technology Science Education institute (DOST-SEI) is now accepting Scholarship Applications for its eligible and deserving students for the academic year 2027-2028.

If you are a Grade 12 Students with science and mathematics. Here is the opportunity to apply Scholarship under DOST-SEI Undergraduate.

What is DOST-SEI Scholarship?

The DOST S&T Undergraduate Scholarship Program aims to encourage talented students to pursue careers in the filed of science and technology. Here are the two types of Scholarships Program:

1. Merit Scholarship and
2. RA 7687 Scholarship

Requirements to Apply

Applicants must follow the requirements before applying for DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Program:

1. Applicants Must be Filipino Citizen
2. Must have Good Moral Character
3. Must be in overall good health
4. Applicant must not have any college or vocational units
5. Must be Graduating Grade 12 Students in SY 2026-2027
   1. STEM Strand: Must belong to the STEM Class
   2. NON-STEM Strand: Must be in the top 5% of non-stem graduating class
6. For Grade 12 graduates before SY 2026-2027 who haven’t enrolled in college:
   1. STEM Strand: All students belonging to the STEM class.
   2. Non-STEM Strand: Must be in the top 5% of the Non-STEM graduating class.

Documents to prepare

Prepare the following documents to apply for a Scholarship Program:

• Proof of income
• Birth Certificate
• Notarized Affidavit of Guardianship (if applicable)
• Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Form C – Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Form D – Certificate of Good Health
• Principal’s Certificate
• Form E1, E2, E3, or E4 – Depending on applicant’s strand or learning setup
• Form F – Certificate of Residency
• Form G – Parent’s Certification (no pending immigration application)
• Form H – DOST-SEI Scholarship Award/Examination
• Form I – Certification of No Post-Secondary Units
• Form J – Signed Declaration of Applicant Parent/Legal Guardian
• Recent passport size picture 4.5cm x 3.5cm (White plain background)

Forms C to J can download through official website. Print each form on A4-size bond paper and accomplished with signed.
