DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship 2027: Aplikasyon, Mga Kinakailangan, at Paraan ng Pag-aaplay

Tumatanggap na ngayon ang Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) ng mga aplikasyon para sa scholarship mula sa mga kwalipikado at karapat-dapat na mag-aaral para sa akademikong taong 2027-2028.

Kung ikaw ay isang mag-aaral sa Grade 12 na kumukuha ng mga asignaturang science at mathematics, narito ang pagkakataong mag-apply para sa scholarship sa ilalim ng DOST-SEI Undergraduate program.

Ano ang DOST-SEI Scholarship?

Layunin ng DOST S&T Undergraduate Scholarship Program na hikayatin ang mga talentadong mag-aaral na tahakin ang karera sa larangan ng agham at teknolohiya. Narito ang dalawang uri ng Scholarship Program:

1. Merit Scholarship and
2. RA 7687 Scholarship

Mga Kinakailangan sa Pag-aaplay

Dapat sundin ng mga aplikante ang mga kinakailangan bago mag-apply sa DOST-SEI Undergraduate Scholarship Program:

1. Ang mga aplikante ay dapat na mamamayang Pilipino.
2. Dapat ay may mabuting pagkatao
3. Dapat ay nasa mabuting kalusugan sa pangkalahatan.
4. Ang aplikante ay hindi dapat mayroong anumang yunit sa kolehiyo o bokasyonal.
5. Dapat ay mga mag-aaral na magtatapos sa Grade 12 sa Taong Panuruan 2026-2027.
   1. STEM Strand: Kailangang kabilang sa STEM Class
   2. NON-STEM Strand: Dapat kabilang sa nangungunang 5% ng graduating class sa non-STEM.
6. Para sa mga nagtapos ng Grade 12 bago ang SY 2026-2027 na hindi pa nakakapag-enroll sa kolehiyo:
   1. STEM Strand: Kailangang kabilang sa STEM Class
   2. NON-STEM Strand: Dapat kabilang sa nangungunang 5% ng graduating class sa non-STEM.

• Sertipiko ng Kapanganakan
• Notarisadong Affidavit ng Guardianship (kung naaangkop)
• Sertipiko ng Kasal (kung kasal)
• Form C – Sertipiko ng Mabuting Asal
• Form D – Sertipiko ng Mabuting Kalusugan
• Sertipiko ng Punong-guro
• Form E1, E2, E3, o E4 – Depende sa strand o learning setup ng aplikante
• Form F – Sertipiko ng Paninirahan
• Form G – Sertipikasyon ng Magulang (walang nakabinbing aplikasyon sa imigrasyon)
• Form H – Gawad/Pagsusulit sa Scholarship ng DOST-SEI
• Form I – Sertipikasyon ng Kawalan ng mga Yunit sa Post-Secondary
• Form J – Nilagdaang Pahayag ng Magulang/Legal na Tagapag-alaga na Nag-a-apply
• Kamakailang larawan na may sukat na pang-pasaporte (4.5cm x 3.5cm) at may payak na puting background

Maaaring i-download ang mga Form C hanggang J mula sa opisyal na website. I-print ang bawat form sa A4-size na bond paper at punan ito nang kumpleto at may lagda.

1. Gumawa ng online application account: https://ugs27.science-scholarships.ph/
2. I-upload ang mga na-scan na kopya ng mga dokumento.
   1. Ang mga dokumento ay dapat nasa format na PDF, JPEG, FPG, o PPNG.
3. Piliin ang pinakamalapit na test center.
4. Suriin ang impormasyon bago ito isumite.
5. Paalala: Hindi na maaaring gumawa ng mga pagwawasto pagkatapos na maipasa ito.
